JODIE HARSH
London DJ/producer and party starter Jodie Harsh returns with her summery new single,
‘Kiss It Better’.
‘Kiss It Better’ is a euphoric, club-ready anthem primed for the Summer season. Jodie serves
her signature blend of bold house beats and irresistible hooks with her latest offering.
Armed with vocals from Swedish singer/songwriter Maia Wright, Jodie produced her new
single with UK production duo Punctual (RAYE, Sammy Virji, Chris Lake) and co-wrote the
track with Connor Blake (Meduza, Sonny Fodera, Becky Hill).
“This one is for the sunshine! I wanted to revisit my disco roots and bring back those strings
for Summer ‘25.” says Jodie. “‘Kiss It Better’ is a hands-in-the-air anthem. It’s the bastard
lovechild of ‘My House’ and ‘Good Time’, and I drew inspiration from my heroes Daft Punk
and Armand Van Helden. It’s a song about yearning for a lover, that moment when the only
thing that’ll heal you is a kiss in the right place.”
Jodie is confirmed to appear at Parklife, Creamfields and Charli XCX’s headline date at this
year’s LIDO Festival this Summer, with several more dates to be announced. She will also
return to Ibiza this season, performing at Pacha in September.
Jodie Harsh has amassed over 40 million streams across her independent and major-label
releases. Her trademark blonde beehive and DJ sets have made Jodie a clubbing icon, not
just in London but around the world. Instantly recognisable, that iconic silhouette can be
found DJing on festival mainstages, warehouse raves, Fashion Week parties, and A-list
events. She continues to curate exciting lineups for her weekly club night Feel It at London’s
OMEARA. Previous acts that have stepped behind the decks for the queer super party
include dance heavyweights The Blessed Madonna, Fatboy Slim, Gorgon City, Eats
Everything, Romy, HAAi, as well as club culture’s new-gen Confidence Man, Salute and
TSHA.
Away from the studio, Jodie will release her debut book, You Had To Be There, on 25th
September. It is a thrilling retrospective of London club culture from the early 2000’s to
crescendoing into 2012. Jodie’s book details her first-hand experience of London nightlife
and the club scene she’s since been a part of.
Currently gearing up for a packed Summer of festival dates and live appearances in the UK
and Europe, ‘Kiss It Better’ is the sound of Jodie in her prime - bold, brilliant and always
ready for the next dance.
