1. Entry routes and costs

3. Competition Mechanic
   1. To enter the competition, a listener must complete the form on the landing page, answering all questions to the best of their ability.
   2. When the competition end time is passed and within 28 days, 1 winner to the competition will be selected at random from all eligible and correct entries.
   3. Gaydio reserve the right to select another winner without notice.
4. Entry Period
   1. Entries must be submitting during the following entry period: From 00:01 Monday 8^th June 2026 (the "start time") to 23:59 Sunday 21^st June 2026 ("end time").
   2. Entries submitted before the start time or after the end time will be invalid.
5. Entry restrictions and eligibility
   1. The entrant must ensure all contact details are correct on the entry form.
   2. If any of the winning entrants do not respond to a phone call or email from Gaydio within 7 days of contact, the winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be selected.
   3. Entrants must be 18 or over.
6. The prize

• VisitMalta UK will support and provide one prize, consisting of two return tickets in economy fromUK or Ireland to Malta for a value up to £300.00 or Euros equivalent per return ticket including taxes, baggage allowance and other costs.
• Visit Malta UK will also supply a hotel stay for 3 nights with breakfast included in a 4 star hotel. The winner cannot choose a hotel, this is decided by Visit Malta UK.
• The flights are subject to availability. A six-week booking notice in advance is required.
• Employees of Gaydio, Mirabelle Communications and VisitMalta are ineligible from entering the Competition.
• The winner (subject to eligibility) will be selected at random by using a randomiser tool. Should the winner not meet the Eligibility Criteria then their winner status and entitlement will become void and another winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoter as to the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize must be redeemed and used by March 2027. Blackout periods for booking run from 1st July 2026 until 31st August 2026
• Maximum baggage allowance is: One hold luggage of 20kg per person and one hand luggage (kindly see the airline’s website for hand luggage acceptable dimensions). Any sports equipment and/or extra baggage are to be purchased directly from the airline’s website.
• All other costs including airline transfers, travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental expenses are not part of the prize.
• It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip. (https://www.visitmalta.com/en/traveller-info/)  
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. The winner must be one of the person/s travelling.
• Once flight arrangements are booked, you will be sent details of the booking. It will not be possible thereafter to amend any dates or details.
• Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attached to the promoter as a result thereof.
• Visit Malta reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found out the terms and conditions were not adhered to. Airline T&Cs also applicable.
• Visit Malta accept no responsibility if flights are cancelled or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control. Winners are always advised to check online the timings of the departure and arrivals of the flights they will be travelling on.
• The winner will be required to allow Gaydio and Visit Malta to use their name in marketing promotion after receiving their prize. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts announcing the name of the winning entrant.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a Purchase is cancelled or invalidated prior to the Closing Date, or we deem the Purchase to have been made fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Prize.
• Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Prize Draw in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services are not included in the Prize Draw and must be paid by you separately.
• No alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Prize is subject to promotional availability and is not transferable.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, late, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.
• Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Prize at any time.
• If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with the terms and conditions.

How to Enter

• The Prize Draw will run from 00:01 on 25/05/26  (Opening Date) until 23:59 on 02/08/26. (Closing Date) inclusive.
• To take part in this Prize Draw you must visit: https://www.gaydio.co.uk/win/allaboard/ after the Opening Date and complete and submit the entry form available there.
• All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• Only one entry to the Prize Draw is permitted per person. If you enter the Prize Draw more than once, any entries you have submitted will be disqualified. Entries on behalf of another person or generated automatically will not be accepted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

The Prize

• One prize is available. The prize is a cruise for two adults (aged 21 and above) sharing a Deluxe Balcony stateroom on board Star Princess during cruise number 4706 which departs from Ft. Lauderdale on 30 January 2027 and lasts for 7 nights (the Prize).
• The Prize includes accommodation onboard, on-board main meals (additional charge might apply), on-board entertainment and use of most facilities on board. Princess Premier package is included (a beverage Package with unlimited drinks up to $20 each, unlimited casual dining meals, unlimited specialty dining meals, room service, OceanNow delivery, Wi-Fi up to 4 devices, shore excursion credit up to $100, crew appreciation and unlimited digital images). The prize includes return flights from London or a preferred regional airport up to the value of £800pp. 

• The Prize does not include transfers, travel insurance, drinks over $20 each , spa treatments, shore excursions, luggage fees, personal expenses, or any additional purchases made on board.
• It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance, meet all required travel requirements, and obtain any vaccinations and visas required to take part in the Prize. The winner and their guest are required to have adequate travel insurance as a condition of travel.
• The Prize is subject to the Promoter’s standard booking conditions (available at https://www.princess.com/en-uk/legal/passage-contract), which shall apply to the Prize as if the winner were a farepaying passenger and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these terms.
• The Prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
• Should the Prize become unavailable a substitute of equal value shall be provided by the Promoter.  The Promoter reserves the right, at their discretion, to replace the Prize (or part thereof) with an alternative prize (or part thereof) of equal or higher value. Such alternative prize may take place on board a different vessel or during different dates if circumstances outside the Promoter’s control require, such circumstances including but not limited to the cancellation or restriction of the Prize in accordance with any government-issued guidelines.

Winners

• One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the Promoter after the Closing Date.
• The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as practicable following the Closing Date using the details provided when entering the Prize Draw.
• Should The Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 10 working days of the Closing Date or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• By entering the Prize Draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry. 
• The Promoter will contact the winner to arrange the prize redemption.

Eligibility

• The Prize Draw is only open to all UK residents aged 21 or over except the following persons:
  • Employees of the Promoter (or any of their associated or group companies),
  • Employees or agents of any suppliers to the Promoter, or
  • Employees of any partner to the Promoter acting in connection with the Prize Draw.
  • members of the immediate family or households of the persons shown listed above. 
• No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or are incomplete.

Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third parties involved in the Prize Draw.
• Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize, including (without limitation) any disappointment, loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, cancellation, delay, or the acts or omissions of any thirdparty suppliers.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical or system failures outside its reasonable control.

Personal Data

• The Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw and to facilitate the redemption of prizes. If you have also elected to receive news and information on offers from the Promoter you agree that the personal data you provide will also be used for this purpose. • The surname and county of the prize winner will be available from the Promoter by sending an email including the name of the competition to Gaydio x Princess Cruises 7 night Caribbean cruise PRIZE DRAW. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available, please contact the Promoter at iulia.pop@princesscruises.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General

• If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of prize winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. The Promoter’s decision in such matters shall be final.
• The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
