Dan Tiernan is a 26-year-old, gay, Mancunian with dyspraxia. He’s a high energy act with a gag heavy set all about his weird and chaotic life. He is the comedian of the year and also BBC new comedian of the year.
Here he speaks to Graeme about being a standup comic, a dinner lady for a while, his new Edinburgh festival show this summer and ... being gay and dyspraxic.
By Dan's admission he is gay but doesn't feel like he totally belongs in the gay community in the traditional sense and most of his mates are his life long friends who are all straight.
Just before he set off to Edinburgh for the fringe season of his career he chats to OUTCAST UK.
